Wahh 1 month passed......

Studying.... Test....

 

I had Math test last thursday and chemistry test last friday.

It was pretty good. Not too hard... ANd FuNny.

 

The weather here is getting colder and colder... This morning, my thermometer indicated that

the temperature outside the house was 2.8 .C .  WOW  Close 0 C!!!

Dew formed ice in the morning.

 

Last thursday I went to have dinner outside.

I went to Old Charley's restaurant.

OH NO!!

What expensive foods!!  So I ordered sirloin( 14.99$ ) ..................... expensive

 But goodluck, my host mom knows the shop's owner.

So I had to pay half price!! Yeah! 5555555

 

This night, I will go to the Homecoming Dance at school.

Hopefully It will be funny..!! ^_^

Some students have dating there but I don't care.... 55555555555

I like studying !! WHEW!!

 

Studying here is funny and easier than Thailand...

According to studying system here, I have to walk and study. Not the same in Thailand,

sit and waiting for teacher.... We have to go to teacher's room and study.

I study 4 subjects a day. 1 and a half hour per each class.... Don't have long break...

 

I don't know what to write anymore......

Last Tuesday,my school,Northview Highschool,has opened new semester!!

The school is very big. There are 2 Gymnasium, 8 Tennis Court, Baseball field,

Soccer field,Football field, Volleyball field, Swimming pool and fitness in the school area.

Near my school,Meijer, a very big supercenter, was located there.

 

I go to school by school bus everyday.

It's good.555

 

I take a lot of interesting classes.

-Wood Technology

-Chemistry

-U.S.History

-FOOD FOR FIT

-English nine

-Interior Design (SEM2)

-Seminar

-Basic Technical Drawing 1

=Pre-Calculus and Discrete Math(PDM)

I can study pre calculus because of Kumon

Kumon taught me a lot of new english mathmatics vocabularies

 

For Mathmatics education in the USA, Student must have a graphing calculator

to use for study and exam. One calculator costs 70+$

GOODLUCK!!

My math teacher is very good.

SO SHE LET ME BORROW A TEXAS INSTRUMENTS TI-83 PLUS CALCULATOR!!!

 

Some teachers called my name the first time "WEERAFART"!!

Some teachers called me" A BIG LONG NAME "!!

For my lunch,I spent 2$ a day.(It's expensive in Thailand but it is not here)

Last week I had pizza, cheese stick and tacos.(Don't think that they are as delicious as American food in Thailand)555

 

This week, the tempurature is colder WOOW!!. And also raining 555 Cool!

Now I am staying in the U.S.A. with a lot of new experiences especially in Chicago O'hare airport.

 

Someone has already known what happened to me and my friends.

Actually there are a train from the airport to Chicago downtown but we were all had huge baggages

and sure that we wouldn't leave our HUGE baggages there. So we couldn't go anywhere.

When we were hungry, there are Starbuck coffee downstair. I went to Starbuck and wanted to buy something to eat.

Butttt.............. EXPENSIVE!!!  Sandwiches 8 $  << Oh no!

 

I changed my plan. 555

There were some snacks in my backpack such as biscuits, beans and chestnuts( I forgot to bring my delicious Mochis with me!!).

We ate them. Hu Hu

 

Next morning (4:30 AM), we checked in.

The problems occured again because my baggages are too heavy.(111 lbs. baggage allowance is only 100 lbs.)

(If the baggages are too heavy, baggages' owner must pay 25-50$)

But 25 $ can buy 1GB MEMORY STICK For My Camera!!.

So I said I came from international flight.

(American Airlines is in OneWorld Alliance as same as Cathey Pacific << So it was easier 55)

 

YEAH !  I didn't have to pay 25$$$$$.

 

Then we came into Departure lounch.

We had Bagals for breakfast. (I had cream cheese bagal 2.7 $ but it wasn't very delicious 55)

(6:00 AM) Then we went to G7 gate immediatly and sure that we wouldn't miss the plane this time

(My flight is 8:05 AM)

 

(7:55 AM) JJ my friend ran to watch the schedule TV again.

OH!!  the gate was changed but no one explained to us!!.

LET'S RUN TO GATE H2!!

 

Oh !!  The plane was pushed back already!!

NO!! MISS AGAIN!!! ( Next flight is 11:55 AM Gate G10)

 

We went to McDonald to bought something to eat.

Then we went to gate G10.

 

YEAH! We could go then. 555

I'm fine.

The climate here is quite cool. zzzz

Yesterday I went to church with my host family and Don.

My host family gave me a bible book(In Thai and English).

When I was listening to the priest, I felt sleepy. ha ha

I sang many songs and met a lot of people there.

 

 

Today is Labor day.

So the school is closed. Yah!

And my family is going to have a party today afternoon.

I hope it will be very funny. Hu Hu.
